RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS.


At Mac Tuning, our commitment to delivering performance parts and exceptional customer service is unwavering. While we aim to meet all your product needs, we understand that situations may arise where returning a product or canceling an order becomes necessary. In such instances, please consult the following policy:

1. Returns and Refunds Policy:

We adhere to a 14-day returns and refund policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Request a return within this window from the date of delivery.

Upon the return of the product in its original, unopened, and unused condition, along with its original packaging, a full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued.

Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost.

Before initiating a return, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at Info@mac-tuning.co.uk. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Note that the RMA number must be obtained within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Exceptions to this policy include:

  • Products ordered in error may be eligible for a credit voucher at our discretion.

  • Faulty products due to the manufacturing process may be returned under the manufacturer's warranty, typically within three months. Buyers are responsible for returning the goods to the address directed by us.

Products damaged in transit CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit, refuse delivery and contact us at info@mac-tuning.co.uk.

Ex-Display items and clearance products cannot be returned.

2. Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel an order before dispatch or tuning software is refunded, we will refund the full order amount, minus payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal's 2.9% + 20p, Klarna is 6% + 30p, Payment Assist 11%). This covers costs associated with order processing; we will not cover transaction fees.

3. Special Orders / Custom Made:

Special order or bespoke items cannot be canceled or returned, tailored specifically to your requirements.

Braided brake lines, big brake kits and turbos are custom-made and non-returnable.

Please note that the item you wish to return must remain in its original packaging and undamaged. Refunds will be declined for items with damaged, marked, or missing packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund upon receipt of returned items.

In some cases, we may waive the restocking fee as a goodwill gesture, at the discretion of our returns team.

For third-party items, return them in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items not returned in their original box and/or packaging.

To initiate a return, contact our support team. The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer.

Mac Tuning cannot reimburse return postage and, if approved, refunds will only cover the product amount, excluding outbound postage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. We encourage careful review of orders before finalizing purchases. For inquiries about our products or policies, contact us without hesitation.
