At Mac Tuning, we take pride in our efficient delivery service. If your item is in stock, it’s usually shipped out within a day or two. It's important to note that stock availability varies for each product and brand, some stock is not held and will be ordered direct from the supplier.

If you're in a hurry to receive your product, we recommend giving us a call. Since not all stock is housed, we rely on third-party suppliers, our team can assist you in finding the fastest route to obtain your item.

Please be mindful that orders might experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as courier services and customs. Unfortunately, we cannot always predict or prevent these delays, and in such cases, we are not responsible for any resulting inconvenience.

For smaller items, we utilize Royal Mail First or Second Class, depending on the item's size. Larger or higher-value items are shipped using courier services, typically DPD. You will receive a tracking number.

Our special relationships with brands worldwide, including those in the UK, ensure priority access to the production queue for new items, even if the item you seek is temporarily out of stock. There's a high likelihood that you won't find the item you need more quickly anywhere else. Our dedicated team tirelessly sources the products you require, striving to deliver them to you promptly.

It's important to note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if the items or delivery costs have been inaccurately calculated by our checkout system. In such instances, customers will have the option to cover the difference if they still wish to receive the goods.
